Laurene Laverne (ex-Kenickie don't-you-know?) started her new BBC Radio 6 show yesterday, November 30, 2009. She played this track yesterday and today and I hope she plays it again tomorrow.Infectious, decidedly retro, with a lead singer that reminds me quite a bit of Dave Wakeling -- any song that can make me feel so summery in wintertime is not a bad thing.
