Following my adventures last Wednesday at Happy Valley race track, I decided to tag along with Sean Tierney and head back to see some live music.
But first, we had dinner at a little Vietnamese place I like near here. Sean got the sweet potato curry chicken which was pretty good and I got my standby of lemongrass beef.
Tonight's bands were F.B.I. and Killer Soap. Michael Wong wasn't there but I did meet Grace Huang who played Daniel Wu's fiance in Overheard (2009) and she's gonna be in that RZA/Eli Roth/Russell Crowe kung fu flick due out next year.
Grace is married to the suave Desmond So, TV host and emcee for these alivenotdead.com Happy Wednesday events.
