You can judge me if you want, but I'll admit that the last two times I was in Hong Kong on New Year's Eve I was in a bar (the same bar both times, actually).
The thing you can chastise me for, however, is not seeing the fireworks over the HK skyline.
This year, I hit the bars and then we hoofed it over to near the expo centre to watch the fireworks explode over the harbour.
I had been having some doubts about my move -- I know it's only been 2 days but I'm The King of Worry, really -- but at that moment, I felt like I had made the right decision.
This is where I need to be.
