After nearly two days of airport and airline food -- with a late night McDonald's stop here in HK -- I needed a real meal.
So I went back to Mang Ambo's in Wanchai.
There have been times in my life when I've toyed with the idea of going vegetarian. I actually ordered the veggie meal on the flight this time around since the "meat" in those Cathay Pacific meals has a strange smell and consistency to me. Just thinking about that chicken gives me the shivers.
And I love the vegetarian Indian restaurants -- most of my favorite dishes are southern Indian ones.
But, I would take a ball peen hammer to Porky Pig himself if it ensured that that Looney Tunes icon could be turned into lechon as delicious as what I had today!

I call this picture "Glenn's First Heart Attack (Waiting To Happen...)" Seriously, I ate almost everything on that plate but, hey, that's my breakfast and lunch today and probably my dinner as I don't think I'll be hungry anytime soon...
Tang Wei, Rene Liu, and Cecilia Cheung promote Speed Angels (2011). It's going to be very cool to see this in a Hong Kong cinema. Glad I made it back while Ceci's comeback was still underway. Cheng Pei-Pei is in this too!
