When I was a teenager getting into new wave -- that's what us old folks called it back then! -- it never felt quite like Christmas until I heard "Christmas Wrapping" by The Waitresses on the late, lamented WHFS radio station here in the D.C. area.
I am not feeling too Christmas-y at the moment but I am now as my favorite new duo of Alex and Jade -- better known as Oh My! -- have just released a cover of that song today!
The gals are in the midst of their tour of the UK where they are opening up for The Saturdays at some big venues!
