I met up with a friend but later, when I was alone and wandering around, the doubt crept back in. It's a little too early to panic, especially since I'm seeing at least one serviced apartment tomorrow, but I guess I'm now feeling the pressure of starting the job search.
Someone last night said that my options might be better in Singapore, or even The Philippines, and that, of course, gave me a bit of panic.
Still, I'm here, time to enjoy this place and make a go of it.
