I don't know how they do it but Canada's Hooded Fang manage to make music that sounds a bit unreal. It's The Shaggs meets The Jesus and Mary Chain, a unique combination of naivete and wit.
Like the Modern Lovers and Ramones before them, it takes a lot of smarts to sound this unlearned.
