These guys have already opened for two bands I like a whole lot (Allah-Las and Hooded Fang) and, like those acts, they've got a similar Nuggets-style vibe but with some sinister twists. It's familiar and still downright weird -- like some soundtrack music from a prefab band in a pre-Beatles-era teen flick.
